Located on the site of a former trailer park, the Center provides local access for community healthcare while celebrating the cleaning of surface runoff that flows into the Tualatin River. (KPFF + ZGF Project)

Integrates site landscape and building access with stormflow, highlighting water processes onsite.
Stormwater fountain displays roof water at urban entry plaza, filling a vacant plaza when raining.
Aesthetically pleasing stormwater treatment connects plazas and parking area.
Volume of water flowing to the Tualatin River is greatly reduced.
