A little bit of green amidst high density surroundings, this two-acre park was designed to be a flexible city oasis for area residents and workers and also a gathering place for festivals and events, serving as an extension from the Willamette River waterfront into the urban grid. (KPFF Project)


Sustainable Features:

  • Vegetated infiltration basins were integrated with created woodlands to address stormwater requirements onsite.

  • An interactive water feature with a flow-through system conveys water to vegetated storm facilities for filtration instead of sanitary sewer.
